Ahh! Now Don't Start That Again!
It's already been a week since I started this blog, and I've already not posted for that week. Geezus! I gotta stop that before it starts. It's one of the reasons I killed the other blog. I just wasn't very active. I need to take this seriously! It helps me, I know it does!
Ok. So. Diet wise, I've been doing pretty good, only one slip up here and there. I'm still pretty steady in my weight, but I'm starting to look back at what I was doing before, and I think I can get a handle on this. When I first started, I lost 20 lbs in a few months. I need to get back to that. The husband has started the low carb journey with me, and has already lost 8 (turd), and I'm super proud of him!
I need to start walking on my days off. I usually get about 8,000 steps during the day at work, but on my days off, I'm lucky to get 2 or 3,000. This needs to change. It's starting to become beautiful outside, and I need to take advantage of this. I did a 5k last year at the end of March, and I think I want to try and attempt it again. I doubt I'll do it faster, but hey, it would be nice to just do it for the hell of it.
What do you do to keep busy? What do you do to move your ass? Let me know! Maybe you will inspire me to move mine. :)

I just posted on my SparkPeople blog today....after a two month hiatus. I commented to K yesterday about wanting to start walking again and ended up injuring my knee at the damn Renn Faire. Go figure....my body hates me.

DeleteI hope so too....the bad thing is....I have no clue how it happened or exactly what I did to cause it to be hurt. It just hurts. I wonder if it has anything to do with me lugging around my 250+ pound frame everywhere.
